Nonlinear single crystal Lithium Tioindate (LiInS2 or LIS)

Non-linear characteristics of Lithium Thioindate (LiInS2 or LIS) crystal are close to AgGaS2 and AgGaSe2, but their crystal structures are different. Lithium Thioindate (LiInS2 or LIS) crystal is pyroelectric, its electrooptical parameters are the base for using it as an effective electrooptical material.

- For up-conversion of CO2-laser radiation image into near-IR or visible region
