The MetExpert-ECO and according sample preparation technologies was
developed for identification of metals and metal ions in liquid, gaseous
and solid substances, aerosols and suspensions. The sensitiveness in
the PPM and PPB regions enables the high-quality trace analysis of practically
all relevant elements in air, soil, water, food, chemical and pharmaceutical
products etc. This makes MetExpert-ECO to be the most important analytical
instrument for environment monitoring, quality control, consumer protection,
soil redevelopment, for investigations in the lab as well as in the
field. For many applications the methodological instructions were developed.

APPLICATION:
XRF analyser MetExpert-ECO is used in many fields
for analysis of trace elements in practically all materials. This
applies to analysis in:
- environment monitoring
- quality control in the food industry
- quality control in the pharmaceutical industry
- drinking water quality monitoring
- trace element analysis of geological material
as well as in forensic investgations,
scientific research, especially in biochemistry, biology, chemistry.

FEATURES:
- The MS Windows based unique software of MetExpert
automatically controls all functions of the spectrometer. Many
thousands of measurements, including spectra, can be saved to
hard disk and printed-out later or moved to another PC for further
processing.
- MetExpert devices calculate the quantities
of each element using its fundamental spectral data. No external
calibration standards needed.
- MetExpert-ECO automatically recalculate the
weight/volume of sample and quantity of the pre-concentrated
element on selective filter into its concentration.
- MetExpert-ECO device allows operator to preset
the list of elements to be analysed. This option gives a possibility
to estimate the trace elements with increased precision.
- MetExpert-ECO will be delivered with necessary
equipment, start set of selective ion-exchange filters and detailed
sample preparation instructions.
- MetExpert devices have 2 independed levels
of protection from X-ray irradiation, which exclude any danger
for operator.
- For analyses in the field a mobile variant
of MetExpert-ECO was developed. It can be supplied as separate
device or as an integrated device complex in an ECOMOBIL.
Vehicle and device types can be selected according to actual
requirements.
